Greek Yogurt and Cream Cheese Verrine

1. Soften cream cheese
2. Whisk softened cheese with cream and yogurt
3. Make a syrup to 121 C with the sugar and water. Add the egg yolks while whisking.
4. Add the mixture of cream cheese
5. Macerated strawberries cut into small cube with calvados for 30 minutes


Overlay strawberries and cream in the glasses and finish with maple syrup sauce. You can also add your favourite granola and the begining of the jar for a crunchy texture.
