Banana & Liberté Kefir muffins

Ingredients
Put in blender:
3/4 cup
Liberté plain kefir
(180 ml)
1 of banana puree (2 bananas) (240 ml)
1/2 cup sunflower oil or other (120 ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence (5 ml)
2 eggs
Mix together:
1 ½ cup wheat flour (360 ml)
4 teaspoons baking powder (20 ml)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds or walnuts (optional)
Preparation
Blend liquid mix with dry ingredients
Stir gently. Let sit for 10 minutes
Bake at 190 C (375 F) for 17 to 20 minutes at center of oven
