Requiring three times more milk than a regular yogurt, the yogurt is strained according to the principles of old-time cheesecloth draining, which gives it an incredibly rich and creamy texture, twice the protein and absolutely no fat. It’s an excellent source of energy and the perfect choice for a low-fat diet.

In its simplest form, plain, it contains only two ingredients; fresh organic skim milk and bacterial cultures.And in any case, none of our Greek yogurts contain preservatives, additives, artificial coloring or gelatine.
