Cooking time :
1/4 cup of ground flax seeds
2 cups of quick cooking oat flakes
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
1/4 cup of chopped dried dates
1/4 cup of dried cranberries
1/4 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
A pinch of sea salt
1/4 cup of chopped cashews
1/2 tsp of vanilla
1 + 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 cup of vegetable oil (canola, sunflower, etc.)
1/4 cup of honey
1/8 cup of maple syrup
Preheat oven to 350 ° F. Using an electric mixer, combine all ingredients. Stir well so that the mixture is smooth.
Spread mixture over parchment paper with a wooden spoon.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, stir every 10 minutes. Cook until the granola is golden brown. Let it cool. Transfer the granola into the Mason jars.
