Ingredients
1 egg white
150 ml whipping cream 35%
200 g
Liberté Plain Yogurt 2%
100 g dark chocolate disks
1 tbsp. sugar
1 pkt. KnoxGelatine (7 grams)
Raspberries and mint for garnish
Preparation
Whip cream with sugar and refrigerate.
Beat Liberté Plain Yogurt and Knox Gelatine at highest speed.
Melt dark chocolate using a double boiler and fold into yogurt and gelatine mixture.
Fold in whipped cream.
Beat egg white until stiff peaks form and fold into mixture.
Garnish and refrigerate for two hours.
