8 oz. medium-sized pasta (250 g) 4 eggs ½ cup bread crumbs (125 ml) 1 cup Liberté greek yogurt or Liberté cottage cheese (250 g) 1 ½ cup Liberté plain yogurt (375 ml) ¼ cup sugar (60 ml), to taste ½ teaspoon salt (2 ml) ½ cup raisins, if wanted (125 ml)
Preparation
Cook pasta following instructions on package. Strain well. Pour in a big bowl. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour everything in a greased 22 X 33 X 5 cm plate. Bake at 350 F (180 C) for an hour, until golden.
