Ingredients
1 cup (250 ml.)
Liberté plain Greek yogurt 2%
1 tablespoon (15 ml.) extra-virgin olive oil
8 cherry tomatoes
4 pitted Kalamata olives
¼ cup (60 ml.) chopped English cucumber
1 sprig fresh oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons (10 ml.) of lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Chop the Kalamata olives.
Tear the oregano leaves.
Mix all of the ingredients and serve cold. For a smooth texture, blend the ingredients in a food processor.
Right before serving, add the lemon juice.
Enjoy!
